- It is manufactured in various models according to the weight and diameter of the part to be balanced. If special dimensions are required, it can be designed upon request.
- It can be designed to perform either dynamic or single-plane static balancing, depending on the user’s preference.
- It records the calibration data of up to 1000 different parts. When balancing a different part, it is sufficient to select the part code from the memory.
- Balance values can be observed on the screen in exact grams. The amount of balance to be added can be adjusted using pre-weighed parts, which makes the balancing process much easier.
- Balancing is done either by adding or removing weight. The method can be selected by the user in the program.
- In weight removal balancing, the depth to be drilled is also displayed in millimeters along with the weight to be removed. The drill diameter and the casting type of the part are selected by the user.
- It has a unit conversion feature between grams and millimeters.
- The system provides voice prompts to assist the user. Voice guidance can be turned off if desired.
- The machine automatically checks the motor and foot connections and alerts the user in case of any disconnection or error.
- The machine’s motor has an adjustable speed.
The program directly controls the motor that rotates the balanced parts. Start-stop commands given to the motor can be monitored on the screen. - The user can observe the part’s rotation speed on the screen.
- The program can be used in either English or Turkish upon request.
- Graphic balancing reports can be printed individually or in series. In single reports, the position and weight of the imbalance in the part are shown graphically. In series reports, the initial and final balancing values (in grams) of the part are displayed.
