It is produced in various configurations depending on the weight and diameter of the part to be balanced. If special dimensions are required, it can also be custom-designed upon request.

It can be designed to perform dynamic or single-plane static balancing as needed.

Stores calibration data for up to 1000 different parts to be balanced. When balancing a different part, simply selecting its code from the memory is sufficient.

Balancing values are displayed on the screen in exact grams. The required balancing weight can be added using pre-weighed pieces, which simplifies the process.

Balancing can be performed either by adding or removing weight. The method depends on the user’s selection in the program.

In the weight removal method, the depth to be drilled is also shown in millimeters along with the weight. The drill diameter and the casting material of the part are selected by the user.

Has a unit conversion feature between grams and millimeters.

Provides voice prompts to assist the user. Voice guidance can be disabled if desired.

The machine automatically checks motor readings and foot connections, warning the user in case of disconnection or other issues.

The motor of the machine has adjustable speed.

The program directly controls the motor that rotates the balanced part. Start-stop commands to the motor can be monitored on the screen.

The user can monitor the part’s rotation speed on the screen.
