The machine is manufactured in various configurations depending on the weight and diameter of the part to be balanced. If special dimensions are required, it can be designed accordingly.

It can be configured to perform either dynamic or single-plane static balancing, depending on the request.

It records the calibration of up to 1000 different parts. When balancing a different part, it is sufficient to select that part’s code from the memory.

Balancing values are displayed on the screen in exact grams. The amount of weight to be added can be done using pre-weighed pieces, which makes the balancing process significantly easier.

Balancing can be done by either adding or removing weight, based on the user’s selection in the software.

In the weight removal method, the program shows the drilling depth in millimeters along with the amount of weight to be removed. The drill bit diameter and casting type of the part are selected by the user.

Has a unit conversion feature between grams and millimeters.

Provides voice prompts to assist the user. The user can disable the voice prompts if desired.

The machine automatically checks motor readings and foot connections and warns the user in case of disconnection or similar issues.

The machine’s motor has adjustable speed.

The program directly controls the motor that rotates the balanced parts. Start-stop commands to the motor can be monitored on the screen.

The user can observe the part’s rotation speed from the screen.

The program can be used in either English or Turkish, based on user preference.

Graphic balancing reports can be printed individually or in batches. In individual reports, the imbalance location and its weight on the part are provided graphically. In batch reports, the initial and final balancing values (starting and ending grams) are displayed.
