DS-150-M
The part to be balanced is manufactured in various models based on its weight and diameter. If special dimensions are required, custom design is possible upon request.
Upon request, the machine can be designed to perform either dynamic or single-plane static balancing.
It stores calibration data for up to 1000 different parts. When a different part is to be balanced, it is sufficient to select the code of that part from the memory.
The balance values are displayed on the screen in exact grams. The required amount of weight can be added using pre-weighed parts, which greatly simplifies the balancing process.
Balancing can be performed by either adding or removing weight. The method is selected by the user within the software.
In the weight removal method, the program shows the drilling depth in millimeters along with the amount of weight to be removed. The drill diameter and the casting material of the part are selected by the user.
It features unit conversion between grams and millimeters.
The system helps the user with voice prompts. The user can disable the voice guidance if desired.
The machine automatically checks motor readings and foot connections, and warns the user in case of a disconnection or similar problem.
The motor of the machine has an adjustable speed.
The software directly controls the motor that rotates the balanced parts. Start-stop commands given to the motor can be monitored on the screen.
The user can observe the rotational speed (RPM) of the part on the screen.
The program can be used in either English or Turkish as needed.
Graphic balance reports can be printed either in batches or individually. In single reports, the location and weight of the imbalance in the part are shown as a graphic. In batch reports, the input and output balance values of the part (initial and final weights in grams) are displayed.
