The program can be used in Turkish or English as desired.
In the graphic report printed from the printer, the location and amount of imbalance on the part are given as a graph in grams. This report also displays the initial and final balancing values of the part.
The system allows the user to choose whether to perform balancing by adding or removing weight before starting the process.
Even if the intermediate adapter that connects the part to the machine is unbalanced, the system compensates for this and displays only the net imbalance of the part.
If the adapter itself is unbalanced, the raw input and final output balance values of the part are still accurately determined (automatic compensation).
On externally driven machines, adapter compensation does not function.
These balance values can be displayed as a graphic on the screen or printed as a report, depending on the selected system option.
The balance values are displayed in exact grams rather than approximate units. This makes the process much easier and provides high precision and quality.
Balance values can also be displayed as force in gr·mm upon request.
The user can continuously monitor the rotational speed (RPM) of the part on the screen.
The system allows balancing from any suitable or desired point on the part. Whether the part is cylindrical and balanced from near the ends, or conical with different diameters at each end, the system automatically detects dimensions and performs readings without needing manual input.
The system assists the user with voice prompts, which can be turned off if desired.
The system automatically checks motor movement and sensor connections, and alerts the user in case of any disconnection or malfunction.
In the weight removal method, the required drilling depth in mm is shown along with the weight to be removed. The drill bit diameter and casting material of the part are selected by the user through the program.
For parts affected by air resistance, the machine’s standard diameter and weight ranges are not applicable. Such parts require machines designed specifically upon request.
